Apparently they can tow 4850lbs.. I'll be damned.

A swing away hitch?
That's neat!

That's fairly standard kit in the EU; even my 2002 520d has a hitch that you can pop under. I don't know if it actually swings, though. I think I can undo the cotter pin, flip it around, and then pop it back in so it doesn't stick out. It should make parallel parking easier.

Is that for the diesel model?

Wow, somebody who actually uses a Panamera for cool shit.

Is it just me or does that look suspiciously phallic.

Quite phallic, really.

That is the most phallic hitch I've ever seen.

I got cut off by a Panamera in a parking lot today. The guy saw me waiting for one car to move and when they moved he sped up to block me.

I was looking for the pic of the Panamera towing a GT3 but I can't find it so this will have to do.

Is it faster than an E55 and a lawn mower?

Dutch plates. I hadn't expected anything else. Considering the towing capacity of the PanameraPanamera (2200 kilo) I can imagine there's a heavy load on that trailer as well.

Trailer seemed empty; we were at speed (110km/h) on E17 outside Antwerp when we saw this gem.

For all of them, excluding the hybrid. In Europe that is, I bet is about 50 lbs in the US.
